How to maximise your opportunities when selling

Achieving the best price for our vendors is only part of the sales process.  Once a sale has been negotiated we follow through, hand in hand with both purchaser and vendor to ensure a smooth transition from the moment an offer is made until contracts become unconditional.

One of the ways our clients can help to avoid any hiccups in this process is to take a few precautions including:

  • Making sure all extensions or additions are approved by Council
  • Ensure that building and electrical work is compliant with regulatory codes
  • Making sure your sewage system has a current approval to operate
  • Ensure regular yearly pest inspections are carried out and any necessary treatment attended to promptly
  • Fix any items in and around your home that need repairing
