Martin strives to provide ethical and client centred advice and support. His role is Finance Manager, with 15 years as an award winning mortgage broker. He is a client advocate - educating them in planning, the process, government initiatives, industry guides, working with other professional colleagues in the process, and helping clients all the way to settlement and beyond. There's no dumb question.
Martin helps our clients understand what's possible, which is initially "how much deposit do I need, what are the repayments, and can I do it?". Later, he will help the clients compare products and options, and navigate the minefield of finance to buy a home. Down the track, he will help them review ther loan(s) to see if they are still competitive and suitable.
Martin has two client support staff in his team (Shane in operations and Lindy in lending) to assist your client experience. He also has a very strong network of trusted and professional referral colleagues to provide related services (financial planners, accountants, estate agents, solicitors, etc), so ask him for an introduction.
Martin is proud to have his Loan Market businesses in partnership with Ray White. He is the in-house broker for the Ray White team in North Richmond, Windsor, and Kurrajong. His office is in our Norh Richmond office, and he can meet you there or at your home or another place if that's more suitable.
